4/12/07

Not a bad day for me, nothing special though. I started the day off playing 2 $25 6max SNGs on Stars, and cashed in both of them, winning one, for an $88 profit.

Later on in the day I played the same two MTTs that I played yesterday, the $11 1 rebuy/1 addon, and the $27.50 Guaranteed. I made it fairly deep in both of them, just past the 2nd break in both. Sadly, I failed to cash in either, despite playing for over two hours in both. Standard MTT play for you. Lost $58.50 on the MTTs.

To close the day out I played some 100nl 6max on FullTilt. Did pretty well, despite playing really nitty for whatever reason (my stats for the session were 13/9/4). Probably because I was just playing premium hands, waiting for good spots vs donkeys. Played for an hour and 45 minutes, 400 hands, and won $75.

Here was my biggest pot for the session, where this guy makes a really weird river call on me. This guy was playing really strange overall, whatever though, I won a nice pot:

Here's another hand where I felt a bit lost on. Standard up until the turn IMO, where I maybe should have fired another barrel. Instead I checked behind, and was put to a tough decision on the river. This smelled like a set of queens or jacks, and I didn't think calling him here would be profitable (villain was TAG), so I let it go.
